In addition to providing the energy to fire your lasers, stored laser energy can be transferred to your shields in an emergency. In response to complaints that pilots utilizing this ability were running out of laser energy reserves too quickly, Phobos Proprietary Systems developed the Laser Reserves upgrade. Using a series of magna-flux chambers, the Laser Reserves upgrade increases your maximum laser energy storage capacity by 25%.
